Volcan Villarrica and the lake of the same name from Pucón.
We started our climb using the chairlift to avoid some scree.

View from the top down on Pucón and west towards the coast.
Into the eyes of an angry god - the Mapuche never climbed this mountain so they didn´t anger the gods. No visible magma today but lots of sulphur fumes.
Sunset that evening, we deserved a few beers and pisco sours that night!
