The house is now on the market. $185,000.
Have bought a "round the world" ticket from STA Travel, hoping to leave in March pending sale of the house. So Very excited but stressful waiting for someone to buy! Starting with Chile/Argentina then Peru then Central America (Sea tutle volunteering in Costa Rica) then North America for a month then London and the rest of Europe. Tour in Cairo (15 days) and a stop in Bahrain and Cambodia before returning home (ticket lasts a year with 15 stopovers).
